The song chronicles the journey of two hit men who were twins. Neek/Nique represents the personification of Djing and his brother is the personification ofEmceeing.

The song illustrates the chronological order in which hip hop gradually came about from Djing to Emceeing. It also shows that both the brothers were both sides of the same coin although the Djs were the real reason why hip hop grew at such an alarming rate.

this shyt is genius. Flipping H. Rap Brown's "Rap Poem" in a street way. and then calling it "Broken Language?" This is the kind of shyt that made hip hop so brilliant once upon a time. Your average duncecap could never create a song like this.
