I've been hearing nikkas down south like Waka, Gucci, Oj, etc. say they've been whippin babies for years. I always knew they were referrin to drugs, but now since that term is being used by more n more rappers (especially nikkas up north) I'm interested in knowing what exactly does "whippin babies" mean?
