Greg Oden looks to be in good shape and is planning to make a comeback to the NBA next season, former Portland Trail Blazers teammate Nicolas Batum said on Wednesday.

Batum had dinner with Oden on Tuesday.

Oden, the No. 1 pick in the 2007 NBA Draft, was waived by the Blazers in March because of reoccurring knee injuries. He has said he wants to use the 2012-13 season to rehabilitate his body.
