Shumpert is a toolsy guy. He's got athleticism. He's got a decent game.
But he's soft and he lacks that killer instinct to go hard and dominate his opponents.
True, maybe he isn't allowed to even try with Carmelo on the team, but I just don't see Shumpert as ever being much more than a 6th man.
