I know the sure fire, fool proof way to ace video interviews, guaranteed hired off rip but I ain't saying shıt. It's how I got my current job.

But to answer your question:

1. Express your personal passion for the employer’s product/service/mission.
2. Explain why you would enjoy the responsibilities of the role.
3. Describe how you can see yourself succeeding in the role, given your skills and experience.

I actually never considered that part. Good tip.

Growing up as a youth I always had a passion for X and I feel this company is a leading innovator in X. Working here would be a dream come true. Also I find that the company and I have the same core values in approaching our work, which includes white-glove customer service, teamwork, punctuality, commitment, and discipline. The reason I would like to work here is that I feel X is an outstanding company and my talents would be of great use here. Also, I feel this company offers a lot of room for career growth as well as caring a lot about the employees you all hire here. Your employees aren't another number but a family. Job interviews feel like more of a test of how business savvy you are and geniunely interested in the role and the company than anything else. When I prepare for a job interview it's me in front the computer with my keyboard, on the companies website and any websites talking about the company, reseaching and just playing Tetris with some generic speech like this. I have never fukked up a job interview and I always got a call back. If this ain't the level of real groundwork you willing to put into preparing for an interview and navigating a real career forget about ever making the income you want.
