Black people were still getting killed by police when Biden was in office. Also many Black folks(like myself) voted with the notion that Biden would actually do something concrete about police reform. He did not. No shyt Sherlock a President can't stop a Police Officer from killing Black men, but what the President can do is have the DOJ investigate and take action against individual officer and/or departments like Biden's DOJ did only for Trump to come into office and have the lawsuits dropped. All those investigations found is that the departments had a systematic pattern of elevated stops and level of violence and arrest on Black people. Wow how insightful. What did the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT actually do besides conduct investigations and make police departments sign consent decrees that they'll complete ignore or get rid of all together now that MAGA is in office none of that shyt is codified or actual legislation. Basically a study for reparations that shows Black people should get reparations but never actually giving out reparations.
