Rutgers isn't some squad that your gonna beat by 5 TD's, They beat Ark, and should have beaten Fresno St and now this is there 2nd L to Louisville

Arkansas' quarterback was out for the Rutgers game and their second string QB is pretty bad. With Allen back in, Ark. is a much better team. I don't think Rutgers would have beaten them if Allen had played.
