HOU and MIN are good situations for a rookie QB to come into, both teams have talent to have around him. Louisville going to the ACC next year, so its not like they'll be in the hunt for a national title

Houston would be perfect. Foster and Andre are there and they were a playoff ready team. Cleveland looks good. Only team to avoid is the jags.
