Dr. King didn’t die for this. How does anyone look at the sheer lack of resources available to black people during segregation look at that and be like, “yeah, having literally inferior everything by law is the move.”

Given the current level of wealth inequality between black people and everyone else, and population distribution. How would what she said even work? Is she advocating for separation in the US. Or full on relocation somewhere else? Because “segregation = black excellence” folks never explain how resource distribution is supposed to work.

People like her are a disgrace.
The other European immigrants that were brought into America were at first discriminated against(irish, southern italians, russians, greek). Eventually the segregation on them was lifted. There was still tension for years until eventually they were folded into the overall structure of this country.
Black people were not given the same treatment and we remained segregated. Until the cold war started popping off and America needed to prove it was ideologically superior to the Soviet union. The soviets could always say "and you are lynching negroes" whenever America tried to claim the USSR was not a free nation. This happened so frequently that there's literally a Wikipedia page about it

The civil rights movement and the end of segregation was done by the elites in this country as part of an effort to win the cold war. That was less than 60 years ago. Since then, there has been progress as black people as a collective have gained more political and economic power but have not been fully folded into society in the same way the European whites were because it is a process that takes time.
We live in a globalized economy, trying to have a completely separate black economy in the 21st century would not work. You're not going to get separate permits to negotiate with China for goods to be traded in ports that are some how black controlled. You're not going to have people flying to India or Bangladesh to get separate black trade deals for their companies to do business with you. That wouldn't work because the government would still be controlled by white people. Saying you want segregation back is saying you want to interrupt the black equivalent of the process that folded those Europeans into American society. This clip can and will be used by white supremacists as a recruiting tool.
