He's not going to be available every single time he has a right to visitation

You create the shared parenting plan with your attorneys, a GAL and the staff attorney for the judge (or a magistrate).

If he has set days for visitation, it’s because he asked for those days, they’re not randomly generated. Failing to show up on visitation days, or to pick up the child for partial custody is going to be a big strike against him, and will likely result in: 1. a reduction in percentage of shared custody or visitation days and; 2. likely an increase in child support.
