It was amazing. It felt like walking through a history book. Felt like every other block we turned was just some crazy architecture or statues. We did get up close to the Vatican. Everywhere we went it seemed you had the hustlers trying to sell some shyt. It's like a lot of other European cities where seeing pictures of a lot of the famous landmarks don't do it justice. Seeing it in purpose just hits so much different. We did one of the hop on hop off buses. We'd get off one site then just walk it to the next few locations. Food was amazing of course. Definitely worth seeing at some point.
I was only there for a day. Planning to go back at some point to really do full tours of the Vatican, the Coliseum and a few other spots with more time.
