But far as Brick Bowers goes considering that picture it doesn't even look like he really added muscle to his frame yet, if he can accomplish that and stay focused, he'll be a problem in the league (baring any serious injuries or off the field issues)

He looks really small compare to Gronk and this is not prime Gronk here. He doesn't look like he has enough strength to block in the league.

This is the modern TE. Tall, lanky and built for receiving. He is an excellent route runner and can be very good move TE. But he not the guy to draft if you are looking for a blocker. An NFL training regimen will bulk him up some.
Miami's tight end run back then was incredible: Franks (2000 draft), Shockey (2002), Winslow (2004), Olsen (2007).
