I don't know who he is but I heard this on the news, this is the exact reason I stay out of Miami during these fukkery filled weekends. There were a few shootings this year that were reported, probably many that weren't. I know they are trying to shut this Urban weekend down now, it's usually people from out of town anyway, so I don't give two shyts if they do or not.
