Which current crop of artists you think has the best dubs?

It's not based on the artists..it's based on the Soundsystem playing them...

artists can record the same type of dub for 100's of soundsystems around the globe

KING ADDIES for instance my favorite clashing sound got dubs from everyone including Toni Braxton ..Luther Vandross and Wutang Clan and Snoop

that's why they are known as the BILLBOARD SOUND

but none of that means jack shyt....if it isn't selected at the right time and for the right crowd.....

its up to that selector to make it sound unique to stand out from the other dubs that artist recorded....

which is called a SPECIAL!

i remember Metromedia was clashing Killamanjaro like back in 95 i had it on cassette..

and the selector from Metro issued a challenge to Jaro...Beanie fi beanie and bounty fi bounty...

just basically saying who got the best dubs between them out of those two artists...

like i said it's about the selector's originality and his VOICE and PRESENTATINON! SO he can win over a crowd
