nikka?

You probably don't think anything of it when its coming from the mouths of other black men. Do you feel some kind of way when you hear it coming from the lips of a black women? Even if it is used as a means to acknowledge your presence?

I don't like it. It feels like a masculine word. I'd compare it to hearing a woman say some shyt like "lets bounce dawg" or some shyt like that...

Obviously though, it's only really an issue for me when I hear non-blacks using it.

I was really devastated, man. I cried about it the next day when I visited my therapist.

I think it is stupid that the distinction has become "nikka" for males and "bytches" for females. People need to think about the language they're using.

Never Ignorant Getting Goals Accomplished applies to females too. So "nikka" applies to all of us, not just one gender/sex. :mjpls:
