Brought some Chinese rice Sunday night at like 10 and Monday night that mf tasted bad as a mf(my dumbass fault for not refrigerating it)

My fault for not refrigerating it but I thought it would be good cause like 3 day old Taco Bell warmed up in the air fryer or oven is still good and so I thought one day it would be fine but not. Bacteria is a MF. shyt tasted good as a mf that morning too(I didn't eat but like 2 scoops cause I wasn't really hungry like that). If I stop responding and posting that mean I died from the bacteria :mjcry:

A 20-year-old man became sick after eating a meal of Mom's spaghetti, which had been prepared 5 days before and left in the kitchen at room temperature. After school, he warmed the spaghetti in the microwave oven. Immediately after eating, he left home, but he returned 30 min later with sweaty palms, weak knees, and heavy arms. At his arrival, he vomited on his sweater for several hours. After midnight, he fell asleep. The next morning at 11:00 AM, his parents were worried because he did not get up. When they went to his room, they found him dead.

Yeah Chinese food....you gotta eat what you want and refrigerate that shyt ASAP.

If you got leftovers, pull it out the fridge and reheat that shyt until it's smoking hot. Probably applies to just about any food but Americanized Chinese and Indian spots especially....because they usually have questionable inspection scores, even the best spots.

Spaghetti is barely good after 5 days IN THE REFRIGERATOR. Room temp for 5 days is asking for trouble....and that's just sauce and pasta. If there's any Italian sausage, ground beef etc, :francis:

No details on how long it’s been out etc etc.. Dude was a 19 year old college student from Massachusetts that “smokes and drinks” on the regular.

What are the chances he was white boy wasted and saw some old ass food that his roommate left out for days and ate that shyt.

Anyways, always refrigerate your food once it comes down to room temp or else you’ll die.

Is leaving food out for so long a thing? I am really a stickler for food temperature. Hell if I make a big pot of pasta. I automatically freeze half of it. But yea Chinese food I actually put what I will eat on a plate and refrigerate it immediately

Any cooked food that i know i will not eat within hours goes straight to the refrigerator. Some people skipped the "why refrigeration is important" class at some point in their life, learned that shyt as a small child the dangers of leaving food out.

I learnt my lesson after I left a Wendys burger out overnight and ate it in the morning

For the next week. My stomach was horrible. I’d eat something and 5 mins later I’d need to run to the bathroom.
