One breh I knew in the military got caught up like that. They both was drinking but they both wanted to fukk. So they went back to their hotel and got busy. It wasn't until the next morning when they got caught (she was an officer he was an NCO) did she start claiming rape and whatever.

They sent him to jail because she was drinking and wasn't "legally" able to consent (when my thing was he was drinking too, so doesn't that mean he couldn't consent as well???)

Anyway he got out but lost his family, job, etc.
