Berry gave up 3 1st round picks for Watson and gave him that albatross contract. It's surprising he still have a job.

Since he wasn't fired, I'm assuming that was an edict from the owner: "Go get me Watson"

When a move is that disastrous - like you said - how can you keep your job? Unless the order came above your head...

There is pretty much a zero percent chance that Haslem didn't push for it or give his 100% approval on that. It was a move that pissed off other owners as well, with doing a contract the NFL hasn't really seen before.

Funny enough, I think he's this year's Mike Vrabel.

The Titans should be an appealing job. Ward clearly has elite arm talent, and his first year felt a lot like Drake’s last season—dumpster fire situation, but flashes were obvious. Only downside is that Titans owner… she seems absolutely unhinged.
