Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
What’s his background? How many times was he arrested, did he physically hurt people, did he shoot? Don’t get me wrong that’s tons of mental scarring done to people but that’s a lot of time.

Jared from subway will be out in about 13 years and preying on minors again.

Menial service industry jobs, no criminal record before the scheme.

The program I heard said that he was almost always the getaway driver and didn't actually go into the stores that were robbed

if the sentences were concurrent he'd be looking at around 22-25 years for 6 armed robberies with machine guns.

Two Detroit brothers have been convicted by a federal jury in U.S. District Court in Detroit for their roles in robbing cell phone stores in four cities in two states.

Timothy Ivory “Little Tim” Carpenter and Timothy Michael “Big Tim” Sanders, both 29, were among 12 defendants accused of conspiracy to commit the armed robberies of stores in Detroit, Highland Park, Eastpointe and Warren, Ohio, between Dec. 13, 2010 and Dec. 2012, according to court records.

The jury on Wednesday found Carpenter guilty on six counts of robbery affecting interstate commerce and five counts of using a firearm during a federal crime of violence. Investigators said the gang used machine guns in their crimes.

Sanders, who is already serving a 30-year sentence for murder, was convicted on two counts of robbery affecting interstate commerce.

U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said the pair’s actions caused fear for the victims and others who live in the surrounding neighborhoods where the holdups were committed.

“These defendants wreaked havoc in the Detroit metropolitan area and beyond through their commission of a series of violent armed robberies,” Paul Abbate, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Detroit office, said in a news release.

Three other members of the group have already been found guilty on similar charges, according to court documents.

Juston Labaron Young, Earnest Roy **** and Michael Anthony Green, have all been sentenced to serve 25 years in federal prison on their most serious charges.

Sanders and Carpenter, who coordinated their defense strategies and shared discovery materials, will be sentenced on April 16, 2014.

Disgusting behavior by this criminal 'justice' system

Rapists and child-eaters walking the streets after small bids. We have actual predators who get convicted of crimes where it was their intention to hurt others, and we jailing this dude a century plus for knocking off cell phone stores?
