Just remember that Prosecution is the process of charging someone with a crime if there is reasonable belief that the crime was committed. A Grand Jury would then decide if there is a chance that said crime was done intentionally. Finally a jury decides if they are guilty of maliciously doing a crime.

To say she shouldn't be prosecuted because she didn't do it knowingly is not their job. Their job is to prosecute anyone who breaks a law. PERIOD.
So if this is the new precedent, cut off the prosecution when they begin any case by stating "I plead the Hillary," Prove my intent before you move forward with charges.
