Alvarez has the tact of a sledgehammer and always has (see: his wcw book). I legit do think he meant it in a range of severity but yeah, that is about as bad a way to put it as you can. It also ties in (subconsciously, at best) to his continued agenda against the WWE.
I don't really have an issue with his agenda, everyone's entitled to their opinions. But yeah, he needs to think more about when to reference that stuff. Alvarez is far too pompous though so that will never happen.

Nobody cares about severity when talking about cancer, because no matter the severity it's still cancer. Alvarez is a loudmouth jackass who has shown his stupidity numerous times. I'll never forget him going off on Mauro doing a bad job of announcing an NXT show that he wasn't even a part of that night, and then when his co-host corrected him he still tried to make his dumbass point.

That coward wouldn’t dare say anything like that to Roman’s face. The pathetic thing is that the ONLY reason Alverez made that idiotic statement is because Roman works for WWE. If Roman worked for AEW or New Japan, then Alverez would be worshipping the ground he walks on.
