Days of our Lives is a top 10 track for me, not just for Bone for all songs period.
Its literally the perfect song. It has everything a Bone Thugs fan would want and it appeals to the general listener as well. The rapping, melodies, vocals, flows all peak level. All of them were on their A+ game. And this is before Wish Bone's verses started becoming a detriment to their songs. Bone have great songs were each has their own verse in between hooks but they are at their best when trading verses.
The way it goes from Layzie, Wish, Krayzie then after the hook Layzie, Wish, Bizzy then Bizzy, Krayzie For the last verse Was masterful. Each one had 2 verses and they were all excellent. Also even though this is before he fell off hiding Wish Bone in the middle was a smart move. It's like back in the day they had more chemistry and better overall song making ability. Nowadays wish bone be fukking up 7 outnof 10 songs and they just seem cool with it. They gotta set him up for the alley oop
The only thing I think that could've been done differently is all of them doing the Bone bone bone part in the beginning. It would've sounded better imo. I always liked when they traded off on the harmonies because it created the vibe that they were all in the booth doing it together like then they were out on the street infront of the barrel. But when Kray is doing the "bone bone bone bone, gotta prepare, gotta prepare, gotta prepare, for eternal warfare" all by himself you know he obviously had to punch in to perform each part separate
