Half of those policies you posted were just proposals that never went through or proposals that were branded to help PEOPLE OF COLOR, which was Obama's way of not appearing too black. The only time Barack put his neck on the line for black people was speaking out when someone died. I never once in his whole 8 years saw this nikka go out there and say "This is happening in the ghetto, we're going to do this for African Americans" and it puts a sour taste in my mouth with him because I see Trump doing that for rednecks and cacs in the Midwest.
