Caldwell will not get fired this year, but he's had a history of terrible time management and being clueless and big situations. He had a much better season last year with Detroit though.

The Bowles firing was appropriate, and it would have been appropriate to fire any Management in that pathetic organization that the NFL seems to love more than any team.

Bad timing, should have fired him when they fired Rex if they were gonna do that. Whaley has built up the talent though, really not his fault that the team and coaching underachieved. The owners are going about things the wrong way and then don't even explain why they make the moves they after. I'll give McDermott a chance though, don't think one man should have all that power when we don't know how he'll be as a coach.
