Oh thecoli told me that hispanics were white. So I guess whenever something negative happens they are brown skin latino and they're not white no more. The majority of states either don't have the death penalty or have it but don't use it in practice.
Just checked, only 27 states even have a death penalty and only about 15 have executed anyone in the last decade. If this guy was just charged with murder instead of a federal hate crime he wouldn't even be eligible simply because it's New York.

The black C.O's are gonna end up killing this dude and then saying he committed suicide and get away with it and nobody is gonna care. They're gonna end up chopping his head off and chopping his body up and flushing it down the toilet and say he escaped or something but he's definitely gonna be killed by the end of the year.
