Facts…. I’m sure they did and the developers told them the risk of a flood if the house is built below a certain level and they most likely ignored his risk since they built the house from scratch and paid out of pocket

They did all kinds of engineering and built channels to re router the water. The clearly wanted to live on that piece of land badly. Now they stuck with this problem
