Jumper piss. Dude been shooting like 44% from 3 since the ASB. Defense nice, he's efficient as fukk and he offensive rebounds at an elite level. Dude nice. Still hasn't shown he can consistently get his own shot and remain efficient doing it, but he still young and jus stays in his lane

he's passable on offense, wish son would stop throwing them jumpers up like he jeff hornacek or some shyt tho

i want him to look for his own shot sometimes. very seldom he will do it but he needs to stop deferring to boozer and deng all the time. sometimes he can get his shot off and he passes up

as far as his ceiling he can get to a sean elliot maybe a more athletic bruce bowen type. he been working on that corner 3 and that is going to be huge if the bulls want to get anywhere

but his defense is legit and he has a hell of a lift and rebounds very well at his position. i can see a aaron afflalo type out of him as well.

good thing is you can look at his game and tell he has the mechanics and potential to get better offensively. its not like ronnie brewer who we could see his shot would never come around due to its chicken wing release. jimmy has a good arc on his shot and a pretty good game inside. just has to let it grow.

nikkas always talk about Shumpert and Avery Bradley as the next great defensive perimeter player, but I've always felt Butler would be the better of the 3. Factor in Thibs coaching him and we might have a beast in the making.
