I have no room to talk anyway. I was supposed to be on a diet for the last couple of months and I've been messing up almost everyday :mjcry:


I just want a flat stomach, that's all :to:
When i get back to my pc(on mobile) ill post up. I need to tighten up, but ive been losing inches without eating too strictly. I can lose weight at 3k cals without doing much, so ive been indulging in the occasional 18inch pizza or box of donuts. @ThiefyPoo said ive got a dadbod :mjcry:Im bout to drinkt unsweetened tea and water with cayenne pepper for the next week:to:

I still take pictures of my meals. Helps me remember the ingredients if I ever wanna make it again

Simple 6oz Salmon fillet with Sea Salt and Trader Joes 21 seasoning. Added some whole grain bread that I toasted, and I seared the shyt outta
some fresh onions and shredded carrots.
Lunch was 3 bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios, 2 navel oranges, a few dried pineapple chunks.

A medley of pineapple chunks, Chile pepper hot links, sundried tomatos, and basil and tomato wheat pasta. No sauce, just lots of butter and sauteed onions with garlic powder, sea salt, and pineapple juice with some Sri Lankan curry.

yea, they have been making a huge comeback.

They were almost completely extinct afew years ago. Now there are new A&Ws up everywhere.
Yeah about 3-4 years ago, all of the A&W's near me closed down. There was only 1 left in the whole state. I hope some news ones pop up. I miss A&W.
