The Anglo-Zanzibar War was a military conflict fought between the United Kingdom and the Sultanate of Zanzibar on 27 August 1896. The conflict lasted between 38 and 45 minutes, marking it as the shortest recorded war in history.

America already said if they dont stand down in 7 days they pulling up with France and neighboring african countries.
You made your post one year. None of those African Countries are going to do shyt. That Nigerian President was talking shyt lazt yearvuntil he learned that Nigeria was about to have an unexpected vacancy in the office of the President. After that he shut the fugg up, because none of the West Africans want any smoke with the Muslims, especially the Mandingos. In my opinion it is only a matter of time before Senegal, Guinea and the Gambia either joins up with the 3 Sahelian States or forms some kind of back channel loose association, because they all have shared history before colonialism.

Well the English had 5 wars against the Ashanti and it took years for the English to defeat them. They had 5 major battles. The Ashanti won 3 of them.

Then there are the French Mandingo wars. That shyt lasted 15 years. The Mandingos almost drove the French completely out of West Africa. It was the English that interceded to help the French stay, by agreeing to no longer sell arms and ammunition to the Mandingos.

In a dramatic turn of events at the ECOWAS Parliament, tensions erupted into a physical altercation when a heated debate spiraled out of control. The catalyst? What began as a fiery exchange of words quickly escalated, resulting in an all-out brawl that left the assembly in disarray. Here's the video and how it all unfolded.

The Deep State
Russia puppets with autocratic juntas.

Good for them but this isn’t going to end well unless they get the common man to understand how important their independence is. That means spreading the wealth.

fam. its 2023 and a mini squad of French technology had thousands of islamists shytting in their boots.

get real.

What is Burkina Faso and Mali about to do against NIGERIA and GHANA :stopitslime:

I hate France more than I hate Russia, honestly both can die

France literally had a successful intervention in Mali with a minimal footprint.

Of course one of the tweets in the op is from a russian :russ:

He's a Traore:obama:

Mandes are having a resurgence

but as usual, all the usual suspects were in the first page doing what they do best. :russ:

i don't get why some africans breaking away from france have your american asses so fuming.

mind you, I'm not even against france maintaining it's relation with some of it's former colonies, but some of you take it so personal

Algeria another former french colony is siding with the coup. Strange :jbhmm:

Overthrowing a democratically elected president is the African way of life, apparently :gucci:

You'd think understanding why pursuing coups is a bad idea would be a basic premise but...that seems to be escaping many of you.

The largest countries on the continent aren't doing this...maybe you should ask why?

I really don't think people understand what I'm saying: The excuse of blaming the guy you're overthrowing as being too "pro west" is losing meaning as its used by every future coup plotter as being a man of the people. It's basically Post-Colonial Populism at this point and it's fukking annoying for everyone to jacket their admiration with the latest future-dictator as being some revolutionary. They're so in love with this "fukk you mom and dad" nonsense that they end up just supporting the most reckless undemocratic nihilistic forms of government possible.

Kenya and Nigeria and South Africa are literally leading the way in terms of DEMOCRACY on the continent as well as other smaller states doing very well in this regard...then you got these obvious failed states that can't even defend themselves talking spicy about being revolutionary anti-western types. It's insulting and stupid and arrogant and useless to even pretend that they know WTF they're talking about.

All you gotta do to win support on The Coli is to say "the guy I'm overthrowing is too Western!" and the online revolutionary types will claim to see it as some win of some sort. They don't realize that the guys they replaced...SAID THE SAME THING!

Fam, they overthrew a CENTER-LEFT PROGRESSIVE PARTY!
2020–21 Nigerien general election - Wikipedia

How do yall defend this shyt? :gucci:

Like I said. Who are they going to blame the next coup on?

There won't be another. Uranium will be leveraged to skirt sanctions and into beneficial trade deals with the West, China will build up the Sahel infrastructure, while Russia protects it. You have a perfect storm for a realized Wakanda.

Niger give the French 30 days to completely leave the country under the 1977 agreement
called it :dead:
