I think he just doesn't want the texts to show up on the bill because the wifey sees the bill, if so then google voice. Anything illegal needs to be a burner.

You have to create a account and once you log in you start doing things on your device, which starts to increase the chance you forget and begin linking your account with other sites. With pinger there is no connection with anything else. That's if you are trying to be sneaky.
