A day after rocking the stage together at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center during the “Yeezus” tour, Busta Rhymes and Q-Tip are coming together for a collaborative project. Fresh off their scorching “Thank You” record, Bussa Bus and The Abstract will release The Abstract & The Dragon mixtape on December 12. “BREAKING NEWS! IT’S OFFICIAL! 1ST TIME EVER! BRAND NEW @BustaRhymes & @QtipTheAbstract MIXTAPE! THE ABSTRACT & THE DRAGON DROPPIN 12.12.13,” tweeted Busta Rhymes just a short moment ago.

The free release will lead into Busta’s forthcoming E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event) 2: End Of The World LP, arriving in 2014 on Cash Money Records/Universal Republic.
