I don't get the Swizz hate. He's a legendary producer. Ya'll act like dude is heralded as a GOAT producer, when he's not. Then again, I get it, a lot of this board has a strong bias against production that isn't boom bap or sample heavy. And its quite obvious because you see people refer to it as the "Casio sound" and instead simply saying they don't like it, they sell it as "it didn't age well". Quite honestly, its why this board has a negative view of Jay's Vol. 2 and to a lesser extent Nas's I Am... or at least the retail version of the album as people still run with the lie that The Source gave the nonexistent double album a 4.5 mic rating.
Coming of Age 2 was and still is crazy

This is mine and we didn't even get the whole song smh. I actually didn't mind the Swizz vocals on this which is rare.

Woah hold on, Swizz did make this though?

I'm just tired of the nikka talking on his beats. He ruined some of his best beats with that shyt when they are actually great.

Nah, DJ Scratch did Echo.

those weak, imitation swizz beat's from just blaze that busta rapped on lead me to believe he was actually feeling this. i will say the best thing swizz did later in his career was collabing w/ other producers like araab. that and talking over other producer's good prod have def helped give him a second wind.

Swizz is nowhere near the best but he good in my book :manny:

he didnt produce this, breh.
