Busted my phone screen, any suggestions for simple cheap phone?

Fixing it would cost about 150 i'm told. No poiint. I prefer minimum 6.3 inch and smaller, 64gb internal mem and 4 gb ram. Camera not a big deal for me.

Thanks. Found a place that will fix for 80 might just do that. Bigger shop so if it doesn't work out they should refund. Don't want to go to some corner store where that 80 is his rent money.
