It makes for good sensational media. Guy who raps(Not good at it all), does drugs and commits crime.we overrepresented in stuff like this
If you're trying to say they trying to humanize him, no way they did. They were contesting the sister's statements about the dude every other second. "He doesn't portray himself as that type of person" *plays instagram video of struggle bars about living a life of crime* He doesn't do stuff like that *lists previous arrests/convictions*

Havent clicked the link but im assuming he was a well-to-do, intelligent kid who felt the need to suppress his priveledge and intelligence to appear "hood/street". This happens alot in the black community where being ignorant is promoted and glorified heavily
