I had just turned 7 and I remember everyone was hyping the album. I didn't understand why she named the album Butterfly till years later. The metamorphosis behind the Butterfly and her life at that point.

Such a classic album. I have my original album as well

Butterfly for 1 simple fact! Mimi was still SINGING. She was still holding those high notes.

Emancipation bought her back but VOCALLY she wasn't the same as she had been in the 90's.

That was a great album. We were happy about her comeback considering the breakdown she went through and bad press. It was a mess.



This song helped me with my last breakup and the bull crap I've been through
