This can’t be a serious question.

Why would you take on more debt? God forbid you lose your job or fall on hard times.

If your student loans can be paid off in compete soon then pay it off and then worry about the house later.

Plus the housing market higher than giraffe p*ssy. Pay the loan off and by that time the market probably will cool down some. Might be able to get a house for even cheaper.

This is way too general a question to ask.

First off, you need to specify how much in student loans you owe. Secondly, you need to clarify what market you in.

I have student loan debt and am a homeowner, but it's much easier to finance a house in New Orleans than it is in a New York or Boston or Chicago.

AS someone who did both, pay off your loans first. Houses are deceptively expensive to live in. You're going to lose a lot of capital getting your house set up the way you want it. Overall itll take you longer to pay off loans if you buy the house first.
