The problem is, that they hardly sell consoles nowadays. Its the multiplayer that does. And like someone says in here, they become ghost towns by the end of a gen.

Ghost Towns of online games are OK to me because if a game is also on PC I can play on PC for free before the players leave. I'm not gonna buy Xbox Live to play old multiplayer games, so the only thing I'm missing out on is exclusive games that may be dead.

I was considering picking a 360 up last week but decided not to since there's a lot of games that are going to drop during Q4 of this year that I'll be putting a lot of hours into. The console also needs a price drop.
So you never go back and play games you missed from previous gens or replay classics?

Probably but I sold my PS3 so I don't have no reason to go back and play anything I missed as I played everything I pretty much wanted. I still miss my triple, theres a lot of games i wish they would port to the quad or at least put up on PS Now.
