The housing market where Im from is cheap as hell. There are decent houses going for 7-30k in which I could pretty much pay about $30-100 a month. I won't be living in them... just to hold on to or have someone else live there or rent it out. Good idea ? Or a headache. I plan to rent them out later maybe in a yr.
