Anyone has? I'm looking to hear from personal experience from you guys in what to expect. Seems like it might be worth it in the long run with everything being brand new. Was it harder for your realtor to negotiate price or add-ons.
I'll be moving to the Richmond area eventually. My main question would be how much should one expect to pay extra from the base price and how far up did you guys go to get what you wanted from the base price. As you can see with an example below it's 430k plus which sounds low for this home. I wonder how much extra it really is for everything.
