Buying a project car that will depreciate

I'm working on an 88 Fiero GT, that I'm doing an L67 swap with a Getrag 5 speed. I've had this joint for a couple years, and I plan on eventually doing a Gagliardi Vendetta on once I get the drivetrain and interior up to par. You know how it goes, you build, you drive for a while, get bored and sell... but, who the fukk wants a Fiero?? But me. Sometimes I think to get responsible and buy a 63 Impala or Malibu or something to build up and at least get some dough back on the sale in 5 to 10 years.

I dont like doing mods I can't undo. Nobody is going to want that Fiero so if u are at all weary about any mod don't do it. shyt should be skraight with just the motor swap. All I'm gonna do to my Civic is suspension, brakes, audio and if I keep it for long enough a turbo. Then just drive it into the ground.

Perfect sleeper...I wanted a GTP when I was younger. Only problem is those weak 4T transmissions.

My buddy had a 05 Impala SS and that thing sounded so beautiful. You could hear the whine because he changed the pulley, and he had Magnaflows on it.
