so I have no plans of actually living in Detroit but couldn't help but notice being able to buy a home there for dirt cheap (saw a house sold for $200 on westside) pretty much interested in the land as an investment. would even rent it out. Saw a decent *looking house for about 14k. could rent that out but again the land is my objective. Anyone privy to any of this?
