Saw this on the news earlier. What's throwing me is that not one single ride operator or attendant ever appeared. The story was covered like it was just some ~WiLd N wAcKy~ thing that happened at a local fair but according to witnesses, there's a river right behind the ride that the passengers could've been plunged into?
