Publicity isn't going to do this case any favors. Dude was driving on a suspended license, wearing no seatbelt, driving in the rain with no lights on(which is illegal), and yet still was on some "why did you pull me over?" They had every right to pull him over and he was still refusing to comply.
Doesn't mean his rights weren't still violated, cops didn't need to escalate to violence (they never do except for self defense or defense of someone else) but publicity for this case just means you will make that cop rich. Breh should quietly sue for brutality and forget about the court of public opinion.

What I don’t get is if you are riding with no license and a small amount of weed on you why not put on your seat belt? The headlights thing was shaky but if you know you are driving illegally why do anything to bring attention to yourself?
Legally a cop can tell you to exit your car during a stop. In my opinion it’s useless to argue on the side of the road with a cop. 9 times out of 10 you are not winning.

Yeah, i feel the primary problem with police and the general public that supports the blue. is that they believe it is acceptable to employ violence in order to assert compliance for non violent civil offenses.
