"Twitter is a bigger threat to football than CTE"
"Twitter is more influential than the people who cut the checks"
"Twitter will have you convinced that the NFL is the enemy of the black man because the league wants the players to respect the National Anthem"
Whitlock trying to throw shade at his "peers" when he's all alone at the bottom
They're right about social media impacting players in a negative way (whether it's hate, racism, trolling, "stick to sports" etc.) and people in general, but Whitlock takes a complicated topic (relationship between social media and the black community) and ham fists and straw mans his way through it on behalf of the establishment. Kneeling SHOULD undermine the success of the NFL because the NFL has shown themselves to align with racism and corporate sensibilities rather than the safety and social stances of their employees. fukk this man's whole song and dance.
Whitlock should not have a platform / is a mouthpiece for quasi-intellectuals and racists volume 1634785
