I never had sauerkraut with my neckbones..but makes sense cause I do add butter vinegar to mine at the endIs this a joke? Neckbones and sauerkraut....nothing like it.

Practice young Grasshopper when my PawPaw died in 2021 I started cooking our ancestral dishes from good ol hot water cornbread to purple hull peas and then straight Creole dishes...my fave is red beans, I can cook red beans that play zero games.My mother has been making it my entire life...my grandmother of course started it.
