I'm allergic to shrimp and crab. I don't order sushi, Tacos, surf and turf, pasta dishes that contain shrimp and or crab and make a big scene about it "I want this but hold the shrimp/crab, I'm highly allergic!"

I also don't go to restaurants that I know cross contaminate. Like long John silver's. I think they cook everything in the same grease but I've had reactions to their hush puppies and their fries.

If you're going to make that much of a fuss, just eat at home, or take the easier route and order something that's not complicated. Like every Chinese restaurant has shrimp fried rice. I've never been sick/cross contaminated and I've never brought it up to them.

shyt happens, if this is how he reacts or how he chooses to react everytime shyt happens there's only one way to permanently fix him, and it's not through diversity training.

He answered you all here:

I've previously worked in the food industry as food preparer & manager. If they specify its for allergy all utensils are changed along with gloves since hands may have come in contact with food containing the allergy while making previous orders.

If you walk in and just state no peanut butter and don't specify why they are going to keep it rolling and make your order without peanut butter, this is standard across the board for all establishments. So in this case the customer was in the wrong since he didn't specify his kid was allergic to peanuts.
People that never worked or been around that environment don't know how it works but I understand why it would seem so simple to them. That's why people need to be thorough when it comes to allergies. Workers don't know unless you tell them

Expect high schoolers and teenagers that make min wage to perfect your order exactly how you want it.

They speak to hundreds of people every day, your order is just another order.

You make 400k a year, get a personal chef you cheap son of a bytch.

He'll have his job back when people forget about all of this.

Side note: has anyone ever done any follow ups on people like him that got fired for shyt like this. They could easily sneak back into their position if it's not in the publics eye. Who really keeps up with shyt like this?
This.

White people protect their own like no other. Unless there was sexual assault or a homicide, they would look the other way and claim it was just an accident and that is not who he is.

I remember when I was working at Joe's crab shack and this dude came up to us and said "my wife is allergic to shellfish. Can you change the grease in the fryer before making her chicken tenders."
:stopitslime:

It's Sunday afternoon and busy. We not about to change nothing. His wife came up yelling at the manager and all she told the woman was "ma'am this is a seafood restaurant". They got pissed and left. We also had somebody say they were allergic to shellfish but could still have the lobster bisque bc it didn't actually have any shells in it.

People don't realize how many dumb people walked in before them. You gotta be thorough with allergies
