it depends, but it's easy to distinguish. If they a the type of a latino that carries themselves as a minority/non-white, I generally give them the benefit of the doubt.
But if its some Latino thats trying to pass for white like Snooki, who was adopted by Italians but her biological parents are Chilean or Mexican or something. I'd be offended.
