Saying that though it’s obvious Adam is disconnected from empathizing with the people they’re talking about. You can tell because he’s completely incapable of understanding the point they were trying to make and he kept coming back to its “interesting” and what people want to see, basically just the business side. He has nothing in common with the people he exploits nor is he anywhere near that sort of environment, so he has no empathy for them, even if he does like the music. Whereas just like the guy on the right says, us older black folks see the destruction it’s causing
