She appear to not have a problem with it, maybe she's passive aggressive. From my experiences growing up, blk women have no problem telling ppl not to touch their hair. Maybe she's African or Haitian and don't know english... Even then, she would of objected by blocking his hands or smacking them away. Again nothing...
