African Americans have been in Ghana for decades so they already knew about what is available.

It is not all of West Africa. There are really only 4 countries right now that are fairly solid (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone and Liberia). The rest of those countries have a lot of work to do to be viable for investors.
